Why OTCVerify?

OTCVerify was developed due to the very limited information that small cap companies listed on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) and Pink Sheets have to provide to the public. It can be terribly difficult to find information on OTCBB and penny stock companies since they’re not controlled by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as is the case with firms listed on the New York Stock Exchange or other large exchanges.

The data supplied by penny stock companies isn’t always accurate or reliable, and their histories often aren’t readily available. CEOs and principals of small cap issuers can sometimes get carried away and exaggerate their actual capabilities and potential. They may overvalue assets and revenues, the actual size of the company and what its status really is versus what it might someday be. The companies may be broke, the principals may have no financial experience or there may not even be a business at all, making them very risky to invest in.

OTCVerify was created to provide full, comprehensive and truthful verifiable information about these small cap companies. An OTCVerify report will provide a variety of reports and documents, allowing current and potential investors to make informed investing decisions.

OTCVerify analyzes and evaluates each client in accordance with a strict set of established rules, thereby reducing the likelihood of having investors lose their money on broke companies or those that are likely a high risk investment. On the other hand, companies that are bashed by people with ulterior motives can now show proof that they’re strong and growing operations.

OTCVerify strives to gain investor trust in small cap companies and attract new investors who may have fallen victim to negative market forces such as short sellers or stock bashers in the past. OTCVerify doesn’t want to see any more shareholders, potential investors or companies victimized by false claims.
